Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine deems it possible to adopt the Resolution on Open Party Lists Voting to the Parliament between the First and the Second Rounds of the Presidential Elections.
Giving answers to the journalists´ questions on Monday in Kyiv city, V. Lytvyn declared that the politicians are supposed to implement their declarations. According to his words, at least four parliamentary factions "will express for the people´s right at least on the open party lists."
"It is better late then never", - V. Lytvyn stated, expressing the thought that such voting conduction between the first and the second rounds of elections would be peculiar test for the parliamentary factions.
